Please send us the year of car, model, chassis number , the list of parts that you wish to order, shipping adress, phone or email, We will send you a confirmation with all parts all prices the carriage charges / shipping and the total sum.
privat costumers inside EU or outside EU : Minumum order value 25 Euro , plus fright
dealer orders: tax free orders outside EU or inside EU : minimum order value : 25 Euro , please deduct VAT 19 % , please add carriage charges , please add 25 Euro for customs documentation/ each order
Carriage Charges:
Export orders for delivery outside the EU or for EU countries are priced individually based on the weight and dimension of the package . Small goods are sent with letter post ,registred mail (15 Euro ) are NOT insured against damaged or lost
All good are sent with DHL parcel or Fedex parcel ( 25 Euro plus ) are insured against damaged and lost

Guarantee and Returns
Returns : we offer a 14 day return policy . If for any reason you are not happy with an product simply email us (info@karmannghia.de). As long as they are in re-saleable conditon we will issue a full refound for the part. This offer does not include special order items, books tools , electrical parts or used parts. Parts that have been painted or fitted are also excluded.
Damaged goods or shortages:
Please : never accept a damaged parcel ! All goods are insured against damage and lost .
If you accept a damaged parcel it is your business .
Please open the parcel within 2 working days . If there is a damage in transport : Inspect your merchandise immediately upon reciept. . Notify us of any damage or discrepancies If there is any damage or missing part we and Fedex / UPS / DHL / GLS need to know within 2 working day of the delivery. No claims after 2 working days

Return exchange parts : your old exchange parts must be shipped prepaid to our company .They must be initiated within 14 days! As long they are in useable condition we will send your deposit back. OR :send us your old parts with your order!
